DESCRIPTION:
The Timer/Controller Dosing Systems are simple-to-operate,
user programmable dosing pump controllers that will periodically dose 1 or more chemicals
for periods of 1 to 99 minutes in 1 minute increments and do so up to 4 times per day.
These systems are great for Salt water aquariusts or hydroponics enthiusiast whom
need to periodically dose a known amount of one or more chemicals into there tanks. Just select
a dosing pump with the flow rate desired and program the timer/controller for
a time period and you'll have an automated chemical dosing system that
adds a precise amount of chemical to your tanks. For example, if you selected
a dosing pump with a flow rate of 20mL/min and you set the controller
to dose every other day at 8:00AM for 3 minutes then that would equate to
60mL of your chemical being added to your tank every 48 hours.
FULLY ASSEMBLED & TESTED:
AAS fully assembles and tests these Dosing Control Systems.
You don't have to concern yourself with the mounting, wiring and interconnections of the
dosing pumps, relays, controller or the testing of your dosing system, AAS does it all for you!
The Timer/Controller used is our WM57161
WALL MOUNTABLE:
Housed in an ABS water resistant chassis that measures 8"L x 8"W x 4"D and comes with
two mounting tabs for wall mounting or securing to a table. The dosing pump(s)
of your choice and the timer/controller are all pre-wired and the system is
supplied with a 6ft 115VAC power cord.
EASY TO USE AND CALIBRATE:
User programmable timing cycles, durations and the real time clock are displayed
in large digits on the Timer/Controllers
LCD. The LCD also displays the exact status of the controlled outputs so
you know what pump should be running and for how long. The controller energizes
a 10A relay which is activated when your dosing cycle starts.
The Dosing Controller is easy to use and to install. These Dosing Control Systems
are available in many configurations to best suit your application.
