DESCRIPTION:

Every AMACS System will require a 7520 RS232 to RS485 Converter Module to establish the RS485 I/O Bus for the System Network. To Power the 7520 Module AAS has created a Cable to bring the DC power from inside your PC to the outside world and to the 7520. That cable is the CBL-PWR shown above. The CBL-PWR is a standard PC Power "Y" splitter cable with an extension of the +12VDC and Ground wires made long enough to reach outside your PC Case and to the 7520 Module nearby. If you plan on using a Laptop Computer then AAS can help provide a DC Power Solution for you also, please contact AAS for more details. Our standard length for the CBL-PWR is 2 feet, but other lengths are available upon request.
