The AAS CPU Controller SYSTEM is a high speed Reduced Instruction Set Computer(RISC) and the SYSTEM comes complete with the everything shown above; Power Supply, CPU, I/O Cards and Software. At the heart of the System is a Programmable Logic Controller or PLC. While executing AAS Proprietary Firmware(a software program stored on an EEPROM) the PLC is able to monitor, control and store the basic parameters of the aquarium. The AAS CPU Controller and its complement of Input-Output modules along with the AAS User Interface has been developed for aquarium keepers who want to monitor and control all functions of the aquarium from a central unit.
