What is Conductivity?
The AAS Conductivity System consist of two main components;
1) The Conductivity Cell (CON-HI3001 or CON-HI7635W):
The Conductivity Cell has a built in 100ohm Pt RTD with a cell constant of 1cm-1. The cell has a CPVC Body with a Graphite Electrode and is installed in the Return line of your filter system . The Electrode transmits its output to the Conductivity Transmitter.
2) The Conductivity Transmitter (CON-HI8936C):
The Conductivity Transmitter converts the output of the Conductivity Cell to a 4-20mA signal for routing to the AAS CPU Controller where the reading is processed and then made available for display on the AAS 620 User Interface panel.
